12 presumptions of court (private BAR Guild)
Posted by steve67849 on July 25, 2023 at 9:17 amHello,
do you think it makes sense a rebuttal of the 12 presumptions of court in form of an affidavit in advance of a court hearing ? Is this of paramount interest of anyone before he enters a court hearing ?

It all depends what you are trying to achieve.

it would be nice that we could put together a list of the 12 presumtions of court to give people a chance to compile a perfect rebuttal in there affidavit in advance of a court hearing. The document was already translated to german language and contains already a rebuttal. Due to Marks long experience maybe he can make it better. I would love a webinar on the 12 presumtions of court, but the webinar notice always comes to me late via e mail because we are 10 hours behind of AEDT here in Europe. Proposal: please send the webinar notice via e mail 48 hours before the webinar event in the future. So we have time to participate on time, because if you are located in Hawaii it,s even worse for members of solutions empowerment. The biggest time difference due to the internationale date line on earth are 26 hours! Please keep that in mind.

If you make these suggestions to the team under the contact tab then they can pass them on to Mark.

I have done exactly that. I love that list. Although its poorly presented and thus some presumptions are very confusing. Also I don’t think all 12 need rebutting. But yes its an excellent thimg to do. Presumptions are what the entire system of public officers exerting influence, rely upon.

Hello
This is possibly slightly off topic. Was just dragged through the courts even though I did all paperwork prior to ensure matter didn’t go to court. Put the plaintiff (local shire council) on notice but they completely ignored all attempts to negotiate. Sent through an affidavit to the courts including all info of negotiations prior. Matter should have been dismissed but it proceeded and long story short was found guilty even though judge never got me to contract. Have lodged complaints with both IBAC and Judicial Commission but not holding my breath for assistance. Any suggestions for remedies in this?
