  BOE SPER – Certificate of protest

  Certificate of Protest show the name the letters in brackets.

  In the examples the name doesn’t alwats match the two letters in brackets, so they have not used the initials in the example
  And the payee is EF1, EF2….. . So I’m wondering if these letters are chosen for a reason?

  for example:

  ” KNOW all men that I, Lille DeVille [AB] “
  “Registrar [EF1]”
  ” State Penalties Enforcement Registry [EF2]”
  ” <Your Full Name> [CD]”
  “Witness 1 [GH] <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> Witness 2 [JK] <wbr> <wbr> Witness 3 [LM”
