CUSIP Number tracking
Posted by kate on August 30, 2022 at 2:03 pmHi, I am wondering what email to use to ask Mark for the “email” or contact information for the source he uses to find or track CUSIP numbers. On some of his modules he says to email him for this information.

He says you need to find a forensic accountant to do this for you. The one he used is no longer doing this.

I’ve tried tracking someone in the UK, but just keep getting pushed back to using a solicitor. Really frustrating.

I went to to a solicitor the other day about transferring my home into an unregistered Trust. I just need to know who was required to fill out the tax forms that was a part of the process of transference in NZ. He didn’t even know what an unregistered Trust was, he thought it was the same as a private family Trust and he didn’t think his Trust having a tax number meant it was registered (his private family Trust). He really didn’t know what I was talking about and when he was forced to make a decision as to whether I knew something he didn’t or whether I was a nutcase I could tell which one he was thinking. It was very interesting to see how upset he got when faced with something he was not sure of. I didn’t try to educate him, I just thanked him and left. Many lawyers have no clue there are two worlds the private and the public and when they do they just seem to want to put roadblocks in our way. It’s so good to know we can learn to take care of most of our own affairs ourselves.

Hi Morag, yes I know what you mean. I had to go to a commissioner of oaths yesterday. Wanted them to witness my signature on an affidavit template from Mark. They asked where I got it from and that the wording was something they hadn’t seen for quite sometime. Apparently they use more modern words. I asked if it detracted any value to using this wording and she said no, just unusual. 😉

Hi Vicki,
I had recently taken an affidavit to our local courthouse to have the JP sign/witness it. He did not like the part at the beginning “I, a private woman” or “my yes be yes, my no be no” etc. I said this is my affidavit how can you tell me what to write. He said no we have a template for the documents and proceeded to look up the wording on the court website. He made me take it away and write the words from the template. I managed to take out a couple of words and the next day when I went in he still wasn’t happy but signed it anyway.

The Tangata Whenua – People of the Land ( maori is corporation name) they use a system called (WHANAU HAPU TRUST) Which means Family Pregnant Trust. So what’s in the women Worm is sacred or private, and she is the Administrator of the trust. Apparently, this trust is created using the post office, sending 3 letters through the post office with their stamp on the A4 envelope to your address, one week apart. And l think it cost a handsome sum of $80

Read this carefully and follow it to the T, l had to use US notes and wrap it in tin foil about 3 times so the xrays can’t track it.
Use a PRIVATE email like Hushmail to email them, sorry l forgotten how l emailed them, hopefully that will work. Cheers

Hi Jead have you received your cusp number and if yes have you used it to achieve a positive outcome in any matter?
-
Thank you for this Jead,
Just wondering what it means by sending a blank money order. Does it mean don’t put the name on the order?
-
Thank you so much for this information Jead.
Did you end up receiving your CUSIP number using this process?

Hi Morag, not received CUSIP yet, used protonmail to contact them. Will look at Hushmail instead and try again.
-
Hi Vicky, they will only accept Hushmail. Just follow exactly what’s in the letter. Good luck

Hi Kate,
I am aware of a process to follow, but there is a cost implication.
Just trying to get my ducks in a row before following it through.
Will keep you posted.

Q: Is the CUSIP number what they use when trading the bonds set up under our name and do the corporations access it when dealing with the entity. ie. a Court Magistrate access it to do the transaction against your name. If so, could we not put in our terms and conditions or in an Affidavit that we require the number, as it tied to the trust that we are connected to?
-
The system would be very resistant to this and the reason most people want it is to find out how much is in the account under the strawman name. It can set off a lust for the money. I steer clear of this as it is an account they set up for primarily their own lust for money. They can access it to get payment for your BOEs or PNs or A4v as they have a duty of care as trustees to the name. However getting the cusip number will probably not solve anything for the one who gets it. Once a couple of guys worked out how to cash it in and they started teaching others how to do it. They committed suicide by bullet to the back of the head.
-
Thanks Morag, I’m allergic to bullets in the back of the head.

Hi All, From my perspective, I was looking for CUSIP in order to have evidence that the money order was processed. Not interested in what’s in the bond, but if I utilise it, would it not help to have it and get it across the line.
