Is there a FLOWCHART? (which clearly shows the steps to take before a case is heard in front of magestrates court)

I just purchased the documents from the Affidavits module, and now need templates for the 3x notices to send to police before my quasi criminal case in a week.

Where to access 3x demand notices?

    1. Notice & Demand For Further & Better Particulars
    2. Default Notice & Notice & Demand For Further & Better Particulars
    3. Final Notice & Notice of Default Judgment

    Thank you

Are the templates in module 19 the exact letters I need to send with accompanying Affidavits? Are the templates in Module 19 specifically design for an upcoming court date? Does the files in Module 19 contain templates different to those templates from Aussie Speeding Fines? (I’m just wondering what the specific templates are for before I spend $199, and making sure they’re the right templates) and there is a flowchart contained within the docs? cheers

I don’t know what they have at Aussie Speeding Fines (I haven’t seen them). The templates in Mark’s module is an example of a process he did which can be adapted for your situation. It doesn’t have a flow chart but does have a document entitled ‘Process to Dismiss Charges’ with instructions in the document. It has a Notice of Non consent to Proceedings and it has a script for court and lots more.
