That is the first time I have heard that. Usually it is ‘Dear Third Party Interlopers’ I’m not sure if debt collectors are public servants as they are working for private firms, but I suppose you could call all people who own a business public servants as they set themselves up to serve the public for a fee. their workers, however, would be serving the person who owns the business would they not?

Well the employers of the 3rd party debt collectors would be public servants e.g banks, governments and credit card suppliers (I am only guess CC suppliers operate in the public but makes scene to me) as they all operation under government legislation, so that makes them servants to the public? Because we the people are the government that makes them public servants. I do not what do you think to that lol

Also if the debt collector is working for a government, bank or lender of fiat currency that would make them public I would of thought?

I think the reason we call them third party interlopers is because they are working on behalf of the party we are having a private discussion with in the form of a three step process. So therefore they are interlopers into a private matter. The same as any lawyers who are working for them are interlopers. How are they a party to the process you are carrying out? Where is any evidence of a contract between you and them? You need to see it before answering any of their demands or questions. If they want to work for another party that is their affair but it does not give them jurisdiction over you or your private affairs, so they need to deal with the party they are working for or on behalf of. There is no law that compels you to engage with a third party interloper who has no first hand knowledge of your matter.

    Hello there

Just watched the video and it is some what helpful. Can see where I possibly went wrong in a recent court matter I had. I was summoned by local council for unpaid dog and cat rego. I advised council of no contract but they continued harassment until they summoned. I put them on notice but they ignored all contact. I wrote an affidavit and supplied to the courts all details of attempted negotiation which stated if I did not get a response within x days with accord and satisfaction matter should be dismissed. Court ignored everything. I phoned into court (long story) and when asked if I plead guilty or not I said I am the living woman and beneficiary of my trust. I decline the offer to contract or joinder and waive all benefits on offer. Judge kept trying to get me to contract but was not successful and I continued to state I decline the offer etc. In the end judge muted me, and found me guilty. I see I should have challenged authority and jurisdiction which may have helped although it appears judge completely ignored rules. I have lodged a complaint with 2 bodies but am doubtful of assistance. Do you have any suggestions for possible remedies? Thank you 😊

      Hi,

Sorry to hear about your ordeal. My advise is to watch/listen to some of the Q&A sessions as mark talks about how to handle when the judge does not play the game. I am sure he mentions it in some webinars too.

I basically listen to it as much as I can and take notes.

I am also a big believer now of picking my battles, as I am sure you are well aware it takes energy and time to get what is right but as I said I now choose wisely.

Thank you Danny, yes I am listening to as many webinars as possible. My honest belief is the universe was telling me I need to know more to win battles. Still extremely frustrating as I believe I did everything correctly. Kangaroo courts. As this is my first real attempt to challenge jurisdiction and authority I am not too upset. More bamboozled that a judge can completely ignore his own rules. I will continue to fight to freedom and have no doubt at some point I will succeed 😊

      Hi Linda,

Yes it is very empowering to learn, I just love knowing the real system we live in.

I do not feel like a fool and that is the most important thing for me.

I am a novice also but am learning quick as the system does not wait for you to catch up so its sick or swim basically.

Thank you for you story btw it is great to read other stories as it provides information in my opinion.

Wow I am very impressed you had the courage to front up and attend court!!! That is the experience that money can’t buy. Yes it is frustrating and Mark says no-one wins the first time in court. You have the right attitude and I can see this experience has made you even more determined to learn. Fantastic!! Here’s some info for a newbie in court, it might have something useful for you.

Oh thank you very much Morag. Really appreciate everyone’s help. The more info I can arm myself with the better. I am a novice but slowly learning. One thing I am blessed with is determination. I usually will not give up and def won’t with my freedom. I will read what you have sent and try to look at the q&a’s in the coming days. Thanks again. Linda 😊

Thank you Danny. I too am a relative quick learner. I understand being confident with all of this is a challenge but as I said to Morag I am determined so that helps. I have a friends who has also assisted me greatly and have watched many webinars on all things sovereign. Peter Stone says no one can help you, only you can help yourself but believe we can all help each other by pointing people in the right direction. Part of the problem is there is so much info to trail through so finding g exactly what you need has been a bit frustrating. I have also got to the point where a lot of stuff AI watch is repeating what I already know but still useful. I look forward to the day I am confidently sovereign 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
