hi morag do you know if sending off a return without a declaration is an issue?
i did this last year for my individual return where i had no money to claim back

It probably depends on what you want to achieve. If you follow Mark’s examples in the module for tax you should be on the right track… https://solutionsempowerment.org/p/module-2-legally-legitimately-minimise-tax-personal-and-or-business-tax/

just trying to do a final one now and get out of their system for good. thats when i realised my one last year didnt have a declaration attatched with the return. I guess at the time i thought that was only essential for people attempting to claim back funds.
I have had no payg income or any income through a resistered business in the 23/24 period im simply doing it because centrelink texted my wife requesting i lodge it in the next 30 days or she will need to pay back the few family tax benifit payments that were received in this time

You could possibly attach the declaration to your very final bit of business to separate yourself after you have completed the stuff for your wife?
