Hi, I am at round 4 for the Non Consent Vaccination process.

In the simplified instructions online it writes that they are directed to the Prime Minister and Governor General only because of the volume of the documents involved with the affidavit.

When I opened the sent documents to me, there are certificate of mailings for all the ministers, like in the previous rounds. Are they then meant to be sent to all of them?

Also, it seems to me there are words missing in the affidavit, like sentences not completed.

Has anyone experience on this round 4?

Hi Mamasha, if I find errors I correct them. Certificates of mailing need to be prepared for every party that is receiving correspondence from you.

What i am saying is that in the instructions it mentions sending only to the Prime minister and Governor General, but the actual paperwork doesn’t reflect that.

Yes I think that means you only have to post two envelopes one to the Prime Minister and one to the Governor General as all of the Notices to the Ministers can be put in the same envelope that is sent to the Prime Minister as they are all at the same address and the office will distribute the Affidavits and Notices to the appropriate parties. The Governor general has a separate envelope as she is at a different address.
