I don’t think putting it into a trust after the fact would provide protection as in a divorce settlement the spouse is usually entitled to property that was within the bounds of the marriage. Here’s some thing that may help with the court situation if that is what you think you will be dealing with.

However if the divorce settlement has been finalised then yes a trust will have the ability to protect your assets going forward.

Great then a Trust will have the ability to protect what you have left. With an unregistered Trust you and any other Trustees are completely in charge of it so you need to ensure you learn how to use it most effectively and how to deal with any approaches by any outside party. The webinars (and Modules have templates of paperwork needed for any matter) on here teach you how to do that and if you purchase a Trust you get a 1 hour meeting with the Settlor (Mark) as a part of the package. So make sure you prepare any questions you may have prior to the meeting so you get the most value from it.
