    Setting up Bank Trust Account UK

    Hi everyone, I am about to set up our first Trust bank account, at the Metro Bank here in the UK and they have asked that all parties, Settlor, Trustee, and Grantor (?) be present to sign documentation, to open the account. On our no-registered private trust documents it states Mark (in Australia) is the settlor. Can anyone advise me how to proceed or explain this process to me? Thank you 🙂 Aliyyaa

    Hi, I’m looking at setting up a trust by Mark P in the UK – did you get a solution to the settlor not being in person to open the account the UK?
