    Types/Class of entities in the Trusts

    In your unregistered trusts, can you tell me what class of entities occupy each position in the trusts?

    By that I mean , Is the Settlor a living entity(man, woman) or a dead entity(ALL CAPs NAME)

    Are the trustees all dead entities(ALL CAPs NAME, company , registered trust, etc)

    Are the beneficiaries all living entities(man, woman, private foundation etc)

    Or are they arranged differently?
