Can a litigant make a living off litigating predatory agencies that step on their unalienable rights? (Given that they hold their position competently and do everything necessary).

I heard of a U.S. bloke who spent a night in jail and successfully sued the agency for $250k for that night in jail! (We don’t hear of examples like this of ‘sovereign citizens’ being successful in the matrix media obviously)

I’m not asking you if litigating is an ethical or moral thing to do, I’m asking; theoretically are there ‘sovereign’ litigants who sue agencies for lots of money and is this easy? Any examples are also appreciated.

    Cheers

It is only as easy as the people you are dealing with and how well you have prepared the ground for moving on to litigation. Study the three step notice process and once you learn it you will realise how they can be set up through that method of private proceeding.

How much money can you get as a ‘vexatious litigant’ given that you’ve studied and are competent?
