Warrant for arrest after attending court and not being the legal name
Hi.
Back in December I was pulled over by police for doing 112 in 100 zone.
I just stayed with asking her to show me her ID.
She ended up shoving a notice to appear though my partially open window.
I sent it back with all the no consent stuff suggested by this site.
I sent three notices to the constable with the usual conditional acceptance stuff.
I went to court in January.. I did not go through the bar; stayed in the gallery as intervener for PETER MCMAHON.(special appearance)
It was adjourned until today.
I then sent the constable a few notices of Bill for trespass.
I went to court today
They kept me until absolute last so the court room was cleared of anyone else.
The magistrate asked if I was PETER MCMAHON.
From the gallery, I replied I am present here as the intervener for PETER MCMAHON.
She asked the clerk to call for PETER MCMAHON several times.
She asked the prosecutor if PETER MCMAHON was dead. The prosecutor said that according to the computer this morning he was still alive.
I said was there as the Executor of my estate to settle the matter.
I asked three times if anyone had a bonafide claim against the estate; then stated for and on the record no-one has a claim against the estate.
I did the same for “interest in the estate”
they ended up not letting me speak and the magistrate said Peter McMahon was at large and set a warrant for his arrest.
Any suggestions for the best way to proceed.
My goal is to end all this as soon as possible.
