You need to do a conditional acceptance three step process accompanied by an affidavit to create an agreement with them that they have no evidence that this is a valid invoice etc. Study the three step Notices that Mark has created to see how this process works. Once you have an equitable estoppel agreement and a private default judgement then it can be used in court as evidence that they have no valid claim, of course you need t study how to hold your position in court as well.
