Thanks for that document. I will need to study it before (probably) asking more questions / making comments.

Not sure if I would be able accompany her into the operating theater, or if I would be any use, since I often pass out at the sight of blood, particularly when a loved one is doing the bleeding. I am the original big wuss(?)!
