    its funny to read your post here, because just a couple of hours ago I put Marks diplomacy-tactics into practice for the 2nd time. 3 Policy enforcers came to my door and wanted to gain information on the residency concerning my apartment, because the building is partially government subsidized.

    When they aked if I was the name , I answered with the question, if they have evidence that I am that name. Instantly all commercial energy left the three of them, and the only thing they had left was to be super friendly. They asked if I would be willing to provide some information, to which I conditionally accepted to do so, on the basis that it would have to be done entirely by mail. They left right away.

    Marks principles work well, because they are honourable. It takes a bit of learning and real world experience for one to apply it skillfully. I am at the point where for the first time I can communicate cordially with the public while expressing my will. Before I never had the impression that my will was being respected. I sure do now.

    What I suggest to newbies is to first try these principles out when talking face to face with strangers, that you come across in daily life.
