HI Joe, sorry to hear about your experience. I must say that we have had success with the ATO in claiming back part of our Tax using the tax amendment form. Three of us in our family got back tax using the productivity of labour line, as well as a friend of mine. We have a few court cases on the go at present challenging fines and we have had 1 court win (using non consent process), and are appealing 3 others which I do believe we will win eventually. The key is to review the material over and over again, and I must admit you do need resilience and determination to keep up the fight.
