Description
When one is denied remedy from all other legitimate and legal public and private avenues and forums, after being wrongly harmed or threatened by a member of the public, the private prosecution process, by way of application to a court, may be the last (or perhaps the first!) resort to pursue your remedy.
When State or Federal Police fail to assist you when a crime or offence was committed against you, when politicians, the media, the medical fraternity and government or private agencies deny or refuse you assistance or remedy, or you cannot afford to engage the professional assistance you require, the private prosecution process affords one an inexpensive and practical avenue and opportunity to obtain justice. You prosecute the charges against an offender in person or by a legal representative!
Particularly in these oppressive times where people are coerced and badgered into obtaining the jab to continue working or to obtain goods and services, including food, to socialize or travel: or where you’ve been unlawfully assaulted and harmed or are the victim of other offences committed against you and no apparent relief can be obtained by traditional services or sources such as the police, you
can file an application to lay charges against an offender/s by way of private prosecution.
Even 100 capable and competent people filing and prosecuting Private Prosecution applications against key individuals in alleged authority who commit offences, and others, could cause the collapse of the lockdown and the coerced jab agenda in Australia and elsewhere.
Want to hold someone, a Minister, Police Officer, Councilor etc, to account when you’ve seen them commit an offence, such as breach of the peace or threats, threats with menace, assault or subversion and sedition of the Commonwealth of Australia through breaching, diminishing or bypassing the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 (UK) (The Constitution)?
File a Private Prosecution application. Examples of completed applications included.
