A good book on contracts?
In Module 15 Mark mentions how a good book on contracts will illustrate the difference between equity, common law and statute. I recently went through one of my old Uni law textbooks, armed with this new knowledge and I was astounded how the textbook brushed over the explanation of Equity and fervently emphasised the “increasing importance” of legislation. Does Mark recommend any good book titles to broach this subject comprehensively? Cheers
