  About to loose our home, please help with advice!

  Can I use a Magistrates Appeals Court Order and turn it into a completed contract with my own terms attached (as Mark shows us), if the Order is over two months old? – I ask this because our lawyer didn’t show up to the Appeals Court and we only found out much later that we had lost the case for our home because we received a notice on our farm gate from the Sheriffs office saying we had to be out by the 19th June. Please share anything that might help us handle this situation quickly!
