  Application for Summary Judgement

  I’m currently trying to complete this form to apply for a summary judgement ex parte. There’s a section where you state the date of the and time of the hearing. Was I meant to do something before this like get a date & time for a hearing? I was trying to do ex parte, not have a hearing. Perhaps I can amend this part out of the document before filing with the court?
