BCC CONTRACT AND BOE
Hi guys, just sharing a bit about bcc. I have been on the front foot with them for about 3 years and of course they never respond to my questions, prior to joining s.e my previous correspondences had enough grunt to make them change responders in their rates management team, so they wouldn’t purger themselves but of course it went nowhere . I haven’t paid their alleged debts for a long while but looking to sell the property so i decided with both bcc and urban utilities to accept the offer to contract and sent them both a boe. I received a letter today from yet another person in their accounts department as a team leader(bcc) which i will attach. They did not return the boe or contract within the time specified, expressed they dont accept the material provided and still claim the full amount is owing. Wondering if anyone else has come across this response and also what the next move would be to hold position and press forward with the default process . Happy to keep sharing here as the process goes along so others can see how it goes and be prepared for their counter moves.
