  • BOE – What Name do I add to the BOE?

On the BOE is says . ”THE SUM CERTAIN OF :
    ONE AUSTRALIAN DOLLAR
EXACTLY, BEING SUFFICIENT VALUABLE CONSIDERATION FOR ANY BILL OF EXCHANGE IN ORDER TO CONSTITUTE AND SUPPORT A SIMPLE
    CONTRACT BETWEEN THE PARTIES
: ADAMS, LAURA & Transport and Main Roads”

The Infringement notices addressed me as LAURA ADAMS, leaving out my middle name.
I have also acknowledged The name LAURA ADAMS as the DRAWEE.

However I did add my full name “LAURA CLAIR ADAMS

My question is: On the Actual BOE instrument, would I be best to add the full name, as I have added it to the Default and Lability clause as well,
    or,
would LAURA ADAMS be sufficient or best as I have acknowledged this name as the Drawee , and they have sent the account to this version of the name?

I have noticed they do not always address the full name on quite a few accounts, so hopefully this is helpful

    Hi Laura,

In Q&A session I asked similar question to Mark. My account that I set up with the ATO is John Doe. My full name is John Henry Doe. So in the ATO affidavit I needed to write John Henry Doe as this is the name of the Cesti trust. I hope this helps?
