Hi Dave I don’t know for certain but I believe that he can have a presence in whatever jurisdiction he chooses (public or private) and just makes sure that he has things in place to protect himself when operating in the private or public.

I have recently been informed (you may have also) that Mark has established his own principality within which he can operate safely and for a fee anyone can join his principality as a citizen giving them dual citizenship. It’ll be interesting to find out how one could lawfully manifest a Principality into being.

Is “Prince” Mark following a recognised procedure for establishing a lawful ‘State’ under international Law?

Does anyone have examples where someone decided to set up a principality off the bat, besides the Monaco etc fiefdoms?
