  • How do I nullify a ‘contract’ made by re-contracting over a credit card debt?

Several years ago while not being able to meet monthly bills I filled in form call something like “Financial Assessment” where I had to list my income and outgoings and suggested amount to repay.

I have managed to get the bank to say in writing that the original credit card contract is unenforceable (because they claim they lost it), but now are saying I have a “repayment plan” agreement. So it looks like they managed to re-contract with me through this.

I would really appreciate any thoughts on how to shake them off.

    Thank you.
