    Hi all. Submitting my first return for getting my tax back (hopefully). Could someone please clarify the following:

    In the Declaration to send with the return, should you use your normal signature when signing or use By: John Smith (as an example). Using – Only in capacity as executor and beneficiary of the Estate titled “JOHN SMITH”. All rights and dominion reserved. – under the signature line.

    Hi,

    I also submitted my first. No reply as yet.

    I autographed it without By: Name etc. As all rights reserved is already contained within the text below the signature. Perhaps this is an incorrect assumption.
    The process for signing using By : Name format, is the autograph ,I believe, touches the All rights reserved.
