Infringement Notice – Unopened
I have received infringement notices and without opening write ‘DO NOT CONSENT TO CONTRACT’.
This has worked so far without my bank account been pillaged.
My son has now received a fine, he thinks he increased speed with amber traffic light and it is a red light fine.
Viewing Mark’s Webinar again I noticed he mentions the following to write on unopened envelopes.
‘DO NOT ACCEPT OFFER TO CONTRACT,
DO NOT CONSENT TO CONDUCTING BUSINESS WITH OFFERER,
DO NOT CONSENT TO THE MATTER PROCEEDING,
NO CONSENT EQUALS NO CONTRACT,
NO AUTHORITY OR JURISDICTION CEDED TO YOU,
RETURN TO SENDER WITHOUT DISHONOUR,
OFFERER AS TRUSTEE BEARS ALL LIABILITY AND OBLIGATIONS ‘
Q. Is Mark suggesting we choose one of the above to write on envelope or all? Before returning it unopened.
