Is this It?
Trying to find myself, by going back to the beginning. I just received this today after 7-8 weeks wait. Can anyone clarify if this is the right source document. It’s written in all capital letters. I’m seeing my mother tomorrow to ask if it’s her writing. Thanks in advance.

Yes that looks like a source document. It looks like your parents printed on it. Here’s a copy of mine and it has a lot of the same words eg Informant

Maybe the dr or the other witness filled it in for her? Here’s another document you that might come in handy. You could use this to prove you are living.

One thing I like about all this, is we are all learning and getting our confidence with the fake system at play. Once you realise to be a Man or Woman before any name or title, has more power to it than any government or corporation. It’s truly, a comfortable feeling. Watching what is happening in Brazil and France. I look forward to the day, that Police are not put before their people, in order to protect the corrupt government. The fact that it is even happening, shows how broken and misguided the system is.

I have just read something and if anyone else knows about this to be true, can you let us know. Much appreciated.
Apparently we will only get a Short Form, you must write in yellow highlight, diagonally across the form, LONG FORM. Also it says to state somewhere that you REQUIRE a FULL CONFIDENTIAL COPY and can it also be Noted as one.
