  • Letter from ATO

Posted by Francis on May 23, 2024 at 7:36 pm

Hello all, after 3 years of successful minimizing tax I received a letter from ATO asking did i dispose of crypto assets? It reads, “We’ve received information that you may have disposed of crypto assets in 2022 and 2023 financial years. I you exchanged crypto assets to goods, cash or other crypto we consider it a disposal for the purpose of capital gains tax. You may need to include a capital gain or loss in your tax return.

We’re giving you the chance to fix any mistakes now. If we audit you and find you haven’t reported your capital gain or loss correctly, we may charge you a penalty.

If your returns are correct, you don’t need to do anything. We’ll contact you if we need more information.

Can anybody offer a comment reply.

    Thak you.

Personally I’d start by thanking them for their offer with a conditional acceptance to do business on the following basis once they clarify their claims with supporting evidence as required below

    1. Who is the ATO referring to ? The trust estate of JOHN DOE or the living man known as (your name eg :John Doe )

    2. I To the best of my knowledge ,the ATO has an ABN and has a listing on the US security exchange can you clarify is this a business contract offer?

3 Have I entered into a binding contract and if so can the ATO provide the wet ink signature by both parties agreeing to do business to confirm a contract has been entered into and I’m compelled to provide performance on the basis of our alleged agreement which meets all the requirements of a binding contract ?

4 In reference to your statement that I may be audited and penalised should this be taken as threat with menace ?

5 if the answer to question 4 is No , can you clarify how you are able to enforce judgement and apply a penalty outside of court processes ?

I look forward to your response within 14 days of receiving this letter with all the supporting evidence or all claims made by the ATO and it’s Representatives, Agents Heirs and successors to ensure any controversy’s raised can be settled .

(This should buy some time at least and see what response you get from them )

Not legal advice just sharing how I’d have a crack at the parasites if worse comes to worse I’d send them a BoE and get rid of any debts they wish to manufacture in their fiction world as they can’t deal with the living man or woman .

    Good luck 👍

Sorry last part of the “I look forward to your response etc ends with the claims made will be taken as vexatious”

Thank you for your thoughts DOJ

I was going to wait and see if they contact me after above date and then respond with a conditional acceptance now you got me thinking about sending a letter of conditional acceptance before contact date to clarify their assumption or provide evidence of their assumption. Once again thank you for your thoughts, any other words of wisdom would be appreciated.

Your welcome mate, Good luck with it I’ll keep you posted on my fun and games with the ATO. I’ve send them a bill of exchange to discharge the fraudulent debt that they are claiming I owe only because I’m too time poor at the moment to hit it from a different angle. As per Marks, teaching and knowledge, laws of equity prevail over all contracts, especially these parasites that operate on fraud and deception, and prey on the lack of understanding of how the process works when it comes to contracts . As per the maxims of law, he who doesn’t know his rights has none , and ignorance of the law is no excuse being two of them just a name off the top of my head. There is remedy for all this rubbish that they try and impose on us, and if you know how to play the game, there should be no fear of taking on anything as per KjV John 8:32 “and ye shall know the truth and the truth shall set ye free” . We as living Men or Women are of the highest realm outside of the creator. The corporate fictional entities such as the ATO are beneath us, we just need to know how to navigate what ever situation we come into to put them back in their box🤜🏼🤛🏻

Great words DOJ I’m just a bit confused on how they can make the claim they have; I am well under the threshold of CG and did they hack my account, do I send them a letter before the June 19th or see if they contact me for more information just not sure how to play it. Thanks again and I will keep up with your posts.
