Licence suspended despite tendered payment with Promissory Note
Hi SE fam,
The licence I hold is being held ransom by the parasites know as Revenue NSW. I sent them a promissory note with a default and liability clause attached to the converted statement of account. They went ahead and re-suspended it anyway. I called them etc. but was met with a stone wall. I have done the 3 invoice process and served a Creditor’s Statutory Demand on them.
I have also informed the attorney general, police minister and police chief commissioner of NSW of the situation via complaint templates in one of the modules. I haven’t heard back from them and it has been over a month.
Transport for NSW and Service NSW were harassing me for payment on behalf of Revenue NSW. I have put them on notice that they are now conspiring to defraud me and that these crimes against the Commonwealth have been reported to the Attorney General etc.
It is now radio silence from all parties and I am not sure which direction to go?
My thought is to process a statement of claim and an application for winding up on Revenue NSW but I am concerned it will just get blocked and be an energy sink.
My last shot is to contact solicitors to bat for me but I have been knocked back by so many already.
Any suggestions/thoughts?
