  • License Officially Suspended (what to do now..?)

Update, just went to transfer my Vic license to SA (vic license was suspended on 25 August due to a court matter in New South Wales that I did not attend)

I was hoping that the suspension hadn’t processed yet, so I could save my license

At the service SA office she said my Vic license is suspended, so the interstate transfer could not be completed (I was too late and I’m assuming that the suspension must be visible Australia wide across all jurisdictions now)

This all happened on an extended Demerrit point period that I contracted into with Vic Roads.

the incident which happened in New South Wales was decided by magistrate at a court date that I did not attend

Does this mean that I have to get PR1V4T3 number plates and go ‘full sovereign’ in order to be able to travel on the roads now?

Or is there a loophole where I can dispute the allegations to Vic Roads of the New South Wales court ruling that I didn’t attend; to get them to reactivate my Vic license (without having to face the New South Wales matter in court?

With these documents such as the caselaw precedents document, is the primary purpose of these to get on film myself presenting these cases to police so that I can save my footage of showing the police this caselaw for an inevitable court date and use the evidence to act in my favour to show the magistrate I am a sovereign man (to ensure that I get off any charges)?

, Or is the primary purpose of these documents to present the caselaw precedents to police at a traffic stop so that the police quit attempting to see my license altogether and let me go without ever getting my name?

Is the practice of travelling with a disqualified license risky business?

,Or is it foolproof given that I hold my position competently?

Yes they are for the purpose of getting on record that you have notified them of the case law. I suggest you can show it, read it on to the record if they refuse to take it or read it themselves and then perhaps ask, after they have or you have read it “Do you wish to proceed?” If they still proceed then you have it on record that they were given the chance to back off with no consequence and they chose to plow on even though they had been made aware it was unlawful to do so. If they are bullies and just yell and threaten, that’s ok too because you can then state “I am feeling under threat and duress so I will co-operate. By the way isn’t it true that anything gained under duress is null and void ab initio, from the start?” and then let them do whatever and now you have evidence you only agreed under duress and this nullifies any penalties. Try and have some one in the car with you so if they take you away they can look after the evidence/camera for you or alternatively livestream it so the evidence is protected. If you have evidnece your license was suspended unlawfully then you in theory can travel without it. If you are driving in commerce it may be a little mor tricky but there must be some way around this, just think outside the square, maybe the CLC crowd will issue you a license? Maybe you can think of some other way. Nothing is fool proof, but the back stop of being able to co-operate under duress whilst nullifying what they do is a good approach if all else fails.
