Mistakes on a court summons
I have a summons to appear in court for a second hearing on Tuesday. I noticed last night that they have the wrong date for my date of birth (29th instead of 26th) on the summons and they also have Commercial Street instead of Commercial Road being the road that the alleged offence occurred on. There is no Commercial Street in the town. Does this give me an out due to a technicality and if so how do I address it? Alleged offence is failing to give way after stopping at a stop sign.
