    Hi everyone,

I’ve studied the ins and outs of our financial system, the use of the birth certificate to create for us a fictitious entity that the governments use as a collateral and the tax system to help you understand why you can follow Mark’s steps in filing your tax return to get back your taxes.

Several of my friends have received their tax refunds within 2-4 weeks. I also have prepared a statutory declaration template that hopefully complies with the Statutory Declarations Act 1959 so it acts as the backstop in case the ATO wants to seek evidence of why you make your claims of Other Work Related Expenses.

I haven’t got my own tax refund back even though it has been a month. I suspect the ATO may be wanting to play hardball on me since I used my legal entity to draw funds that was used to discharge my company’s tax liabilities by way of a money order in the past three months. However, I have done my documentation and they have not returned my money orders. Therefore I should be over the line as long as I hold my ground correctly.

Let me know if there’s any amendments or suggestions.

    All the best with it.

    God bless,

    Brian

Thanks Brian. I have done my partners PAYG for the past 3 years and have gradually increased the amount. Last year he received back 3/4 of the tax he paid so we were very happy with that. Touch wood we have not had any issues but this year I think they have removed the tax free threshold so we will see if that makes any difference.

    regards

    Bricky
