  • Promissory note – No branch manager to mail to?

Posted by Brandon-Nicholas on November 24, 2023 at 2:25 pm

    Hey guys,

In the Promissory note process, the instructions it says to:

    1. Mail the original promissory note and other accompanying documents to the branch manager where the loan was created; and

    2. Mail a copy of the promissory note and the other accompanying to the CFO of the bank.

My issue is that I did my loan application online and so it wasn’t opened at a branch. My loan is with Great southern bank and it seems they only have one BSB (814-282) but I can’t seem to find any branch or branch address associated with that BSB. They have many branches but only 1 BSB.

Wondering if I should just send the documents to only the CFO or if I should send them to some other “manager” aswel?

    Cheers, Brandon

I would say just send it to the CFO.
