    Remove Bad Credit Listing

    I have attempted to settle my credit card with the A4V process. After sending them the 3 step letter process they eventually closed the credit card account and have now put a black mark against my name on the credit reporting agency. What steps do I need to take to have the black mark removed? Do I deal with the credit reporting agency or with the bank?
