Greetings,
I’m attempting to gain some confidence around distancing myself from the State Identity document (Driver’s Licence).
If I am to stand up in court and insist that the ALL CAPS name is not me, that I am not its Trustee and not responsible for its debts, then I can always ask the claimant to produce evidence of a current contract that includes consideration whereby I am directly linked to the ALL CAPS name by agreement.
Given my Driver’s Licence has my photo attached to the ALL CAPS NAME, regardless of the fact I have signed it All Rights Reserved, does not that Licence substanciate that my Title Case Name is the equivalent of the ALL CAPS NAME regardless? I can imagine a Judge ruling that it does…

Have you purchased the court role play module and watched the webinar. if you are going to court you should probably do that and then practise, practise, practise. Yes I have watched many of them Morag. I’m aware of nailing these claimants to the wall for the third time to lock in their agreement on absence of evidence, and never testifying myself at the request of a judge and how to maneuver around him. I’m just wary of the unknown. I’m tossing up just letting my driver’s licence expire before the Court appearance and filing a final ATO Return beforehand as well.

How much role play have you done and have you practised dealing with the Judge’s fish hooks. Do you have a script written out for court and have you got a private agreement and default judgment in place with the adversary?

Private agreement and default judgment is in place. I wrote the Affidavit and its been filed. I will be writing a script myself & I’ve watched the vids so have a very good idea of how procedure is used & the fish hooks, I’ve also discussed with Mark one on one. I have it all mostly down.

Here is my situation. I am reasoning that any current contract be it Government or Commercial involving consideration that links me to the ALL CAPS name will make it difficult to maintain the assertion that My Title Case Name is not the ALL CAPS name. As such, I am closing all Bank Accounts in the ALL CAPS name including credit cards, Visa Debit cards and the like, as they deputise the bank to act in my stead for debts that I generate. (I have no standing debt or wage income so nothing lost here). I have switched all my bank transactions to one of Mark’s Trusts (of which I am Trustee).
I used my current Driver’s Licence endorsed with All rights reserved to open those Trust bank accounts. The Driver’s licence fortunately expires in two weeks well before court. When attending Court, I will therefore be able to firmly ask for evidence supporting the claim that the ALL CAPS name is myself whilst also avoiding any questions from the judge as to any contracts that I currently hold by retorting “Do you really think I would be asking for evidence if my assertions were not true”.
I was not anticipating I was going to have to do this as its a civil dispute with the QRO, but the claimant has slipped my ALL CAPS NAME into his Affidavit and I’m going to have to challenge it whether I like it or not.

The Given name is yours, the SURMANE is the STATES. Claiming your Birth Date on all Government identification and on their fraudulent Birth Certificate makes you TRUSTEE) The date the REGISTRAR signs the Birth Certificate about a month after your Birth Date makes the REGISTRAR TRUSTOR you the Trustee will always pay. In NSW a STILL BORN is not classed as DEAD because it was never alive the Birth Certificate is DEAD it was never alive. The rabbit hole is deep so when you die in reality the Executor of your WILL unknowingly will apply for a DEATH Certificate then the Government will take millions left in the TRUST because your EXECUTOR shut the Trust with millions hidden. My understanding is the SOCIAL SECURITY number is the missing KEY as well as the Birth Certificate a DEED of SURRENDER of it all will free you but at what cost. Render unto Caesars what is Caesar’s and render unto God what is Gods. You have to surrender the SURNAME it’s not yours it was given to you by the Lord through your mother the STATE added the SURNAME and “ Do not use thy Fathers name in vein” meaning your Fathers Surname did anyone marry their Father to get his Surname? No your mother did though. Cheers
