    I believe good health is very simple, fortify the body, brain and body tissues with organ meats fat and animal products by eating them every day, cut out harmful greens (I no longer eat these and am all the better for it) and any other vegetable with harmful natural toxins in them or at the very least absolutely minimise them in your diet so your body can handle and then excrete the poisons and use an earthing mat on your bed so you get healing for any inflammation or physical stress all night long, moderate exercise, spiritual input (I read mainly the New Testament and watch Joyce Meyer) and low stress. Foster a healthy long term relationship with a partner who has similar values. If you do these things, then in high stress times your fortified immune system and mind and resilient relationship is ready to handle the onslaught.
