Our next webinar, on Wednesday night at 6pm Queensland time, 7pm Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra time on 7 April 2021, is the subject matter of Court Role Play, how to address the Court and win. It’s an ever popular subject amongst the proactive members, though we caution it’s best to avoid Courts and litigation because the Courts are not impartial & exist simply to protect the “system”.

However, most people have their day in court so some simple and basic understanding on protocols, procedures and how to properly address the Court officers and your adversary may be extremely beneficial and maybe even one day save your assets or your right to be at liberty! Sadly, a webinar is challenging to actually facilitate a “role” play, however real examples will be given over the trickery played in courts & how Judges & Magistrates easily mislead you & maneuver you to entrap yourself.If you have proceedings pending, or simply would love to know strategies that give rise to decisions or judgments that favour you, this is the fortnightly webinar not to be missed.
