Litigation is an exploding phenomenon in Australia by various corporate entities – banks – collections agents – Councils as well as individuals etc & many folks are taking a hammering, even losing their homes for minor (liabilities) debts, such as council rates or outstanding infringements!

2. Reserve his decision (& simply doesn’t make it or makes it against you now that you’re not there to obstruct him to make the decision against you, so key is to object to any attempt to Reserve a Decision or Adjourn a Decision unless it is one “Sine Die” – permanently)
