I did attend the ANZAC Stand in August, 2021 and was told that I was ‘under arrest’ – assaulted, verbally abused, kidnapped, imprisoned and they lost my property, a watch that belonged to my late father, my passport and a set of car/house keys
At the police station, I asked the ‘arresting’ officer for his business card and indemnity insurance number 3 times and 3 times he refused, I asked his superior officer for this officers indemnity insurance number and he just said, ‘No, he doesn’t have to’
I did provide my name to them eventually, only because they continued to detain me ‘under arrest’
In hindsight, I would not have given them my name as there would have been no way of them to issue their bullshit covid fines!
I’m of the belief that it’s not legal or lawful to place anyone under ‘arrest’ for the purpose of issuing a fine
In following up this matter, the police in general were not cooperative in helping give any information as to how to get in contact with these two officers or where I could find them, they were suddenly not in the NSW Police Force but the NSW Secret Service!
How are people suppose to find these culprits when the Police put a wall of silence up and don’t give any information?
Covid fines are not valid and there are simple ways to reject them.
An official complaint was made by myself in regards to the two officers involved in my false arrest and all the other offences they committed… and as hard as this might be to believe, the police ‘inquiry’ found the police not guilty of anything!
They are a joke, they are corrupt and are not going to find themselves guilty of any wrongdoings!!
Your complaint will go on their record and if others complain about them (around three complaints over time will do this) then they are likely to lose their jobs as the indemnity insurer will pull the insurance as they will become high risk for some one making a claim against them. So your complaint will still count.

They are just another cog in the systems wheel and they still get 100% of your money, win, lose or draw!
I have had the misfortune of attending court recently and seeing these educated idiots there with their masks on, complying with the absolute bullshit… These weak money whores are not going to want to upset the Magistrate/Judge by asking the right questions!
Where are all these lawyers challenging the system and exposing the crimes against humanity?
I agree and we are on the right forum to learn how to go to court and stay out of their jurisdiction as we do it and therefore enables us to side step any fines as we are not acting as surety for the name. If the judge puts in a plea then he is acting as the name in that case although it is wise just to say, “I never entered a plea so someone else must be wearing the liability for the name” and to direct that more towards the prosecutor to keep the judge onside
