Today i was pulled i to an rbt first thing i did was got the officer to verbally agree that i was a man, she still forced me to give details and perform the tests under duress i accepted as i was in the work vehicle, didnt have the license on me and stated that i have use and possession on the licence but dont legally own it, i believe she lied about the drug test as she wouldnt show me the positive result when asked, i was then forced under duress to give bodily fluid and was given a direction to not drive for 24 hours, i did everything ive learned from this group but was still bullied into complying, should i return the paperwork as abandoned? Whats my options

When they threaten you they are making a counter offer and if you give in to that offer you have just accepted a new contract. Here’s some information that might help you in the future.

well she agreed i was a man and failed to provide proof that i was a person, they weren’t letting me go i was held against my will, i complied under duress due to them having weapons, she claimed i was positive for cannabis on the lick stick but refused to show me proof after asking 3 times, now they got my oral fluid for a second test, its hard for me when im the only man in my town who is aware of all this, i have no back up beside you people on this page

i wish i had this script sooner, i did say i dont answer questions 3 times i did everything ive been taught and they would not let me go, there has to be some way im not binded by contract if they hold me against my will and im scared for my life because they have guns, the whole encounter started of with an agreement where she agreed i was a man so that should cancel the rest of the interaction should it not?
they gave me a directive not to drive for 24 hours and i said yeah i wont be driving, he then responded or travelling, but the directive says nothing about a man travelling

do police officers have cameras on in all encounters? i was so overwhelmed i forgot to get my phone out and record, that was the first time exercising my rights with this knowledge, that was a real challenge for me especially being alone. I do feel better reading this answer as i did say out loud for the record that i was only complying under duress because they held me there against my will (snatched the car kays out ignition). i even said i don’t consent to giving bodily fluid.
I guess ill find out if anything happens in regards to that cannabis test, i do smoke it most nights after dinner but ive never tested positive in my life, she refused to show me the proof of the first test when asked 3 times, i believe i was negative the whole time but she suspected i did smoke coz i wouldnt answer questions so she thinks she can get me with the second test, i wont back down

thank you so much im now prepared for the next traffic encounter, i watched marks webinar on summons to appear and now have the remedy i need, thankfully i have an all rights reserved licence and am protected, i think half my problem was i didnt have the licence on me at the time, i did tell them i have a state license im in use and possession of
