How to eliminate “Cancelation Fee” from early termination of Contract
Hi All Solutions people!
Reaching out for help with a nasty bill.
I am with dealing with a huge cancellation fee ($5216) on a contract for HR services that I had for my business. My business got smashed with Feb and March floods in Lismore and doesn’t have capacity to pay this. The firm is willing to give me a 50% discount, ($2608). I find this unpleasent due to that this creates extra unecessary hardship.
So reaching out to you for help with how to deal with these vultures.
I am more than willing to pay for your services, and a bonus on successful outcome!

Watch the webinar on discharging debt http://solutionsempowerment.org/webinar-10-ways-to-discharge-debt/ I dealt with a similar problem and I had to go through the contract and see if there were any terms the other side did not meet. Once I identified them I was able to ask the lawyer who was threatening me some relevant questions and after the second letter and questions I asked him he backed off. The woman I was contracted to then took me to small claims court so I prepared an affidavit with exhibits outlining everything I had done for her and how she had not completed some clauses in the contract. I sent her and the court the affidavit after which she backed off and dropped the case. I had very little knowledge when I completed this and a wonderful couple of men from the Common Law community helped me through.
