  • Non-Consent-Process for Martial Law

Posted by torus on October 3, 2022 at 5:37 am

    Hi guys,

due to increasing geopolitical tensions here in Germany, I would like to prepare non-consent documents, in case Berlin will declare martial law for its territory. It is as clear as day, that the russians will at some point intervene and wipe away the current government in Berlin. We know by studying history that the former allies of WW2 still hold titles to the german territory and can quickly act on their claims, especially now since Berlin has supported Kiev with heavy weaponry.

I began to translate the vaccine non-consent docs a while back, but it ended up not seeming like it would be necessary to complete the process. I have studied the non-consent documents, so I know briefly how it is supposed to be structured. However for martial law should there not be different factors included?

Basically one would notice all ministers, heads of state including the general staff of the military of ones non-consent to the declaration of martial law, correct?

With that a conditional acceptance to agree to martial law, on the basis that they provide evidence on the necessity for the declaration. Also an affidavit of claimant that the parties should sign to take full liability for the damages caused by their decision.

Then it should be clear when they move into commercial default (3 notices), that their martial law is not applicable to oneself.

    Any comments or suggestions? Thanks!
