  out of state rego expired

  Hi, we live in South Australia and have purchased a van from out of state. Just curious as to if we do not reregister here , what would happen if pulled over or photoed? Are the police able to see if the rego is expired or give a fine for this?

  The police can give you a fine but remember a fine is only an offer. You can deal with a police stop in different ways to keep yourself out of contract with them if you wish. Watch these webinars
