Newby, speed fine and getting some tips to navigate.
Hi All, I’m new to the site and am looking forward to any direction to the understanding and getting out of this system. I have a speeding fine that I would like to address, so if there is any pointers of where to look and I am also about to start the introduction course. What other recommendations and advice would be much appreciated.

Hey Morag
I just read on that I could possibly send it back within 3 days of receiving it. Does this mean I can first try write on it, pop it back in the envelope to return to sender as it says in the infringement notice doc you shared here, Then if they continue to purse it, do I then start doing my “Notice of Non Consent, Notice of Conditional acceptance and Notice to Cease and Desist”. The The conditional acceptance – no payment documents from the Module 36 – Deal with an infringement fine penalty from a state debt recovery office, protect your license from fines, reinstate your license.
I took my partners fine this time because it is for Qld but I have my license signed correctly from NSW now.
I will get my sister to do it for me from their address as this is where I have said I’m living.-
You could send it back and they may send it back to you up to three times. You don’t need to open the envelope, if you receive any more, from now on, and you could just write the unclaimed etc on the outside. These are just suggestions I know worked for a friend of mine. If the fine is unsolicited mail then the liability with them, however if it is a fine from a traffic stop then depending on what transpired it may have been consented to. If it was consented to then this process won’t work. If it wasn’t then you can follow the process of sending it back three times, if they still pursue it then you start the three step process. You can prepare it now if you want so you are ready if need be. As I say this is not legal advice but just suggestions from things that have worked for others. Always keep evidence of any process you decide to complete.

Thank you. I just downloaded them. I will look over them tonight. It’s been a ride to get here. I’ve known about the Two birth certificates for a long time, also with Romley from Justinian Deception, Ive been following Christopher James from A Warrior Calls, Robert on Observation Deck which lead me to Mark on one of his talks. Mark made sense to me as I have put the emotional side of me in it. I am at a new stage and want to be free of lie.
I joined the other night and am still navigating the site. I appreciate the help.

I just had a look at those PDF’s. I think I might have to wear this one. I got the fine last month and I was a bit wet behind the ears and wanting to take them on. Thinking where is the victim and why can someone be fined for Pre-crime by a machine. I wrote a letter back to them. I hadn’t found this site and was prepared to go to court as The Living man and take on the Judge and whoever else wants to stand before me saying they have a contract with me, saying I am your property. Now seeing it’s best to take the emotional side out of it and stop it before it gets to that point. Here is what I sent. I’ve edited it with made up details. I was feeling quite passionate. Any thoughts?

I also received a reply from this letter saying they have view the evidence and will not withdraw. Again with no name attached to it and this time referring to me with Christian name and Surname in proper english. Still the unlawful conversion of my name. My bad for engaging.

Thank you. you’re definitely on the right forum to study and learn to take your affairs into your own hands and gradually learn how to interact with the pirates and parasites on your terms. Mark is the most honourable man I have seen in this arena in this part of the world and coupled with that he has extensive on the ground experience. We are so lucky to have access to this information which is worth tens of thousands of dollars for a fraction of that cost.

Good morning Morag, I can see you get a lot of questions, so I will keep it here for the rest to see. I have not replied yet as I wanted to watch the Q&A and also get some more confidence in what I am doing. The reply from them is on behalf of the Expiation Manager (I’m guessing a Lawyer now) and saying we acknowledge receipt of correspondence regarding notice. When I write my reply For the second time, do I need to say the whole thing again or can I state that I still stand by my original statement and that you have fail to answer my questions? Can in also write over a photocopy of their reply in red ink, I do not consent, I do not accept this offer to contract and I do not consent to these proceedings? I was going to circle on the copy around the no name and ask “Who are You?”
Also is it best to keep my cards up my sleeve for the next reply. I thought about adding about the failure to be transparent.

Also, is good to ask them are you denying I am a Living Man of flesh and blood. If so, how can a dead entity reply to your letter?

I wouldn’t ever ever call myself a living wo/man of flesh and blood as flesh and blood is not living. Only the soul is living inside the body and if you refer to yourself as flesh and blood, a psychiatric evaluation could be called for (in court) as ‘living flesh and blood man’ is a contradiction in terms. If you have an agreement that you are living you could ask “Do we not have an agreement I am a living man?” If you haven’t yet established an agreement then you could ask “Are we in agreement I am a living man?”

Yeah, I saw that in the Foundational Knowledge course. I changed it to Anthony John The living Soul. I am certainly finding my Soul again. I also apologised for late response and also asked them to forgive me of my wording as I am learning and am doing it with good intentions. I am no wordsmith and not into computers. I am creative with my hands and mind and I have always been willing to learn. It’s bizarre how I have always told my boys to ask questions to find the truth, but felt I could not ask the people in Authority. The nerves are still there, but something Mark said about his friend that held on to the reply and didn’t send it for worry of making a mistake. Learn from our mistakes.
I looked at your response to the council. Wow! Im taking pieces of information in and looking at them, so I can apply them.

Here’s a letter I sent to a third party interloper who wrote to me in the midst of a three step Conditional Acceptance process I was doing with specified members of a City Council. This was their lawyer and you will see how I dealt with this in my reply to him. If the party contacting you is not a party to whom you were referring in your original correspondence then perhaps this sort of answer could be relevant. I didn’t hear from this interloper again.

I am in a similar situation with a speeding ‘offence’. Not sure ‘who’ I offended but hey ho. I have just opened two letters, both past the date of replying specified in the letters. They were put in a draw with junk mail letters and I just happened to come across them now. The first was a letter dates over a month ago, title ‘notice of intended persecution’, giving me 28 days to ‘name the driver’ of the vehicle at the time. The second is a ‘reminder’ letter giving me 7 days to supply the information asked for, or court proceedings may be taken against me.
That 7 days elapsed 3 days ago. So I am assuming there is already another letter in the post addressed to the straw man version of me wanting to take me to court. I am not sure I was even driving at the time of the alleged ‘offence’, it may have been my wife. But either way I will not be grassing her up obviously.
I was thinking about putting the letters back in the envelopes, and putting them in the post to the ‘births, deaths and marriages’ department and asking them to forward it on to the treasurer/trustee of the account as it was a addressed to a non living entity (which was my name in all caps) for settlement.
Any thought on that approach?

That’s Gold. Maybe asked them can they send you your Live birth certificate to repay the favour. I had another look at one of the PDF’s and there is something about saying I will pay if you can provide the evidence of me not being a man and a signed bona fide saying I consented to the terms and conditions of a licence and to being a slave. Maybe even throw in another like Provide me the evidence that the money I pay, stays here in Australia and goes to the community. It’s a game after all and I’m only in practice mode.
What gets me is that if you are someone that knows how to beat the legal (Lawyer or friend of) or use a company in order not to lose points. How is that a fair system. I thought Justice was about finding the truth. That means the person in the black robe and the people either side of the court are all lying to themselves.
I’m not sure, but is there other repercussions for ignoring it?

To get out of the slavery. I’ve never understood it, even as a kid. I have always been good with numbers and have constantly said “Where does all the money go?”

How did you get on with your situation @Ant_made ? I sent my letters un opened to the Births, Deaths and marriages department with not saying they had been addressed to a non living entity and they need to be forwarded to the treasury or relevant authority for settlement as I said above. That didn’t really turn out to be a good strategy I don’t think. Here is where I am at now, the link is to a different thread on this forum.

Ignoring (saying nothing) equals assenting and is considered dishonourable in commerce. That is why we write three notices and not one, if they remain silent. There is a rule of three and if they refuse to answer three times they have assented to your position.

Hi Morag, Quick question. i too received a speeding fine. I opened the first one, but can i send the 2nd, 3rd and fourth one back s a rule of 3? Or have i messed it up by not sending he first one back with the UNCLAIMED DO NOT ACCEPT OFFER……

No you haven’t messed up. You can write on top of the one you opened.

And do i have to ‘date’ anything? As even if i return the letter within 72 hours it may have taken 5 days to get back to them…

So long as it is in the post. Take a photo of the envelope and film yourself posting it with a date stamp and time on the video and have a witness with you so you have evidence it was posted within three days. You could say “My humblest apologies…” and then the reason you accidentally opened it. This will reset the default.

But what about the apology letter for doing it outside of the 72 hours?
