  Trust and bank account

  I purchased Non registered Trust from Mark but I can’t open a bank account with the name of the Trust. I want to put only my house in the Trust. Can I proceed without bank account at all or it is not possible?

  Yes I think you can proceed with your Trust without a bank account, the best way I suppose to get the public to recognise it is to transfer things into it, such as your car and your house.
