Fraudulent mortgage annulment
In February 2021 I started the Michael OBernician mortgage annulment process consisting of an unrebutted affidavit proving mortgage fraud.

First hearing was last Monday which I got adjourned for 21 days for a 1 hour hearing and to give the claimants legals an opportunity to provide answers to the original 12 questions contained in affidavit. I have never received ANY documents/answers except 2 weeks ago I got a photo copy of the mortgage deed which had clearly been altered(hand written date erased and a typed date added) knowing others in similar situation they are reporting the courts accept the material alteration as normal practise! I intend to request full disclosure under section 31 of Civil Court Procedure Rules but having read through these there seems to be a get out clause for most of the disclosure rules. I intend to stand my ground as the claimants legals seemed unable to provide factual evidence they still had the original mortgage deed, we’ve never received a mortgage contract.
