  Tax, Employee (payee)

  Hello Friends,

  I challenged ASiC about my private tax and they sent me a statement showing that no tax is due. I now want to claim the payee money back. Can I send a simple letter asking them to return the payee monies, or is there a special process I need to follow?

  Thank you for the response. 🙂

  I am actually the one who had that success and wrote the testimony.

  When I tried again for my tax 20/21 they didn’t send me a check, but merely send me a ‘Notice of
  Assessment’ showing that no tax is due. However, they didn’t send me a cheque like last time. Hence, I am wondering if a simple letter, requesting a refund for the payee will suffice?

  I had a quick question about foundations. Did you need 2 people to set them up? Or is 1 person sufficient?
