  Direct Debit Indemnity claim

  Hi All

  Has anyone been through the process of a direct debit indemnity claim, where a direct debit has been processed from your bank account in error?

  More specifically, after you have successfully discharged a debt, have you gone back to the bank to get all those direct debits associated with that debt refunded.

  You could be the first, just do it with confidence and calmness knowing all of the statutes that binds them in regards to this issue and being prepared to ask questions that hold them to account.
