    Hello all,

i do not know much about this topic, still trying to comprehend it all.

    Wondering about the following:

My husband and I are both directors in our business.

If I resign as a director and we then put the business into a private trust, will i then be a beneficiary of the business?

    Does this even make sense?

it all depends how the Trust is set up as to who are beneficiaries of it. The Trustees are responsible for the trust and run it and make decisions about its upkeep and what finances need to be spent on it to keep it viable for the sake of the Beneficiaries. If you re purchasing a Trust from Mark a meeting with him is included in the package where you can ask him anything that you need to know about this subject.
