Setting up an ABN
We have a NFP private foundation set up dedicated to buying land and setting it aside from development for wildlife but are yet to set up a private trust to hold title to the land purchased.
I am about to start a subcontracting business which requires an ABN but am unsure of the best way to proceed for “Type of Organization”?
I was planning on the company subbing out to me to put the funds directly into the Foundation’s Community Reserves account.
Any suggestions?

If you are giving it an ABN number then it is a registered business and no matter what you list it as, it will still be in the public. In that light you would just put it under whatever you think most closely describes it.
